Orange County 4-H Clubs Math Assessment Linda Popenhagen is an elementary math specialist. For the family who wants to be sure that their child is progressing at a good rate, Linda will administer a non-stressful test that reports on Basic Concepts, Operations, and Applications, i.e., the 13 strands of math curriculum. The test is often used by Title I teachers to assess a student's level of achievement and to diagnose any gaps in a student's math background. Linda will be glad to describe the test in detail.
