Native Skills Summer Day Camp
ages 6 -14
If your child loves to build forts, make things with their hands, explore creeks and woods, and play outdoors they will love Native Skills Camp.
While the kids are playing, building, and working together on projects they will be immersed in the stories and knowledge of local natural history, California indigenous people, and our shared ancestral human struggles and histories.
The kids will be meeting their basic human needs of shelter, water, fire, and food in fun and practical ways. Along the way they will be learning how to see the natural world and their relationship to it in a more meaningful and more direct way.
