Thank you!!!
Earthroots was selected because of our commitment to enriching education, environmental awareness and community building in Southern California.
In addition to having been selected for the matching funds grant, we were invited to have a booth at his local concert, where Johnson showed a slide show of our kids doing projects to 13,000 fans during the concert! Additionally, we receive an amazing flood of support from local organizations, fans and our school community to support this event and fundraising opportunity. We are so grateful for this opportunity.

Earthroots Field School’s booth at the Village Green at Johnson’s concert Tuesday in Irvine. We had a demo worm box, sold t-shirts, gave away seeds for the garden, gave info on our classes & received donations towards our matching funds goal. For every donation of $10 or more, fans received a box of Chocolatl! Everyone was happy.
A big thank you to Deanna Moore for volunteering at the show & donating Chocolatl for the event, Bob Hulsey for making the worm box, the Johnson Ohana Charitable Foundation for weaving it all together & everyone who contributed to our fundraiser!

The Village Green

Jack Johnson, G-Love & Zach Gill gave a close up concert before the mainstage show at the Village Green for all the non-profit groups & fans to enjoy!
