After School Garden Ecology & Exploration Program at Journey School

Thursdays 3:00-5:00, Grades 1-8.

Earthroots Field School programs inspire curiosity with hands on activities in the garden and natural landscapes. Earthroots classes bring awareness and connection to ourselves, each other and the natural world. Garden Ecology & Exploration classes will be instructed by Jodi Levine & Meg Hiesinger.

Themes & Activities include: Seed planting, Composting, Water Cycle, Natural Crafts, Soil Food Web, Nutrition, Plant Identification, Harvesting, Sun Oven Cooking, Mulching, Rainwater Harvesting, and much more! Fall 2010 Fees
**Due to school policy, these classes are OPEN TO JOURNEY SCHOOL STUDENTS ONLY**
Rates will continue to be $20/class if you enroll as a full time participant. You may also enroll as a “drop in” participant at $25 per class.
$20 X 4 classes = $80 - first class is free in September only! Pay $60 for first 4 classes
Siblings pay $18/class X 4 classes = $72 - first class free in September only! Pay $54 for first 4 classes.

Open enrollment all year if space available. We will be holding classes every Thursday, matching Journey’s scheduled classes.
